Based on the brand´s tagline “That Easy”, the app meant to make user´s lifes easier by allowing them to get different kinds of products to the place they are. Oxxo were just selling through their physical convenience stores, so they had the great opportunity to grow it´s business becoming digital and doing their own deliveries. The project incorporated tareas de machine learning y tableros de business intelligence.  THE GOAL: Designed a friendly, modern and easy digital convenience store. UI design to be delivered in 2 weeks. Resources: • Web team (5 people) • Wireframes • Brand guidelines • User interviews • Market research • User testing Deliverables: • Entire UI design in two weeks > 100 hours of work a week for 2 weeks • 80 designed screens (each screen with it´s own elements) • UI kit UI DIRECT CONTRIBUTIONS: • Transfer ux wireframes onto into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces. • Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders incorporating feedback into the designs. • Developing and maintaining documentation regarding style guidelines. • Delivered of the project in a short time. • Nice, flow and productive team work relation. • Creation of a happy, modern and easy app.
